Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Change of Mind

For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used fragrance bottles for a simple change of mind. Unopened items in original packaging may be exchanged within 3 days of delivery.

Custom Blends

Because custom blends are made to order specifically for you, they are non-refundable once production has started, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
